Welcome to GridMart (“GridMart,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GridMart website, services, and any related tools or applications (the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, placing an order, or checking the agreement box at checkout, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
What GridMart Is
GridMart is an online marketplace that enables customers to order products online and pick them up locally through a network of independent community hosts (“Hosts”).
GridMart does not operate traditional retail stores, and Hosts are not employees, agents, or representatives of GridMart.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform and place orders.
Orders & Availability
All orders are placed online. Product availability, pickup timing, and location are shown at checkout and are subject to change.
GridMart makes reasonable efforts to ensure accurate listings but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Accounts & Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when ordering. You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are correct so pickup instructions can be provided.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GridMart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
GridMart’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
